Brooklynn is a trauma-informed Tantra Practitioner. She helps women awaken their sexuality, by coming home to their body, feeling deep self love & self worth. She works with clients in reclaiming their truth and personal power. She supports those that struggle in their relationships, addictions, self-esteem, body image and overall mental health.
When we don’t want to feel our pain, we create armour around our heart for protection and instead turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms & addictions. During this session we create a safe space to slowly break down the armour so you can begin to feel what you’ve been avoiding. Being held in this practice allows your body to go into a deeply surrendered and receptive state— often buried memories can arise or emotion with no story can be released in a pleasurable, feminine and beautiful way.
Your Session will include:
A safe space to be seen, heard and loved as you are
Invocation of Hindu Deities to support with softening, opening and receiving
Massage to soften the hardened tissue around your heart
Energy Healing - removing energetic knots in the heart
Coconut oil & Essential oils will be infused into your body
Beautiful playlist to soften into
Heart opening Integration to remember the truth of who you are
