Brooklynn is a trauma-informed Tantra Practitioner. She helps women awaken their sexuality, by coming home to their body, feeling deep self love & self worth. She works with clients in reclaiming their truth and personal power. She supports those that struggle in their relationships, addictions, self-esteem, body image and overall mental health.
In her sessions, Brooklynn creates a safe space to go deep into vulnerability & truth… To be seen and accepted exactly as you are. This space is not about fixing you- you are not broken, it is about meeting yourself with compassion and removing any resistance you have to the human experience so you can remember who you truly are.
Trauma and emotion get trapped in the body, which creates blockages for life force energy to flow freely. Tantra helps open these channels so energy can move, and make space for passion, joy, pleasure and love to fill your entire being and ripple out into your relationships.
Your Session may include:
A safe space to be seen, heard and loved as you are
Bodywork, Breath, Sound and Movement to open the energy channels in your body
Express and Release tools to support with emotional release
Shadow Work— meeting your unconscious & “unlovable parts” to befriend & integrate them into power
Mother & Father wound healing so you can open to fully receive love and create inner-harmony between your feminine & masculine energies
Sacred Sexuality Practices to invoke self love, pleasure and desire.
Communication tools to create safety & trust for vulnerability within relationship
Support with calling in your ideal relationship— whether you are seeking or long for more within your current relationship
Heart opening Integration to remember the truth of who you are
Session Details:
Sessions are between 1-1.5 hours.
You will be receiving homework to help integrate the work we do together when the session is complete in email or text.
Session can be done either person in Santa Clarita or Online
Sessions are $111
- Optional add on: Infrared Sauna +$20
