Brooklynn is a trauma-informed Tantra Practitioner. She helps women awaken their sexuality, by coming home to their body, feeling deep self love & self worth. She works with clients in reclaiming their truth and personal power. She supports those that struggle in their relationships, addictions, self-esteem, body image and overall mental health.
In her sessions, Brooklynn creates a safe space to go deep into vulnerability & truth… To be seen and accepted exactly as you are. This space is not about fixing you- you are not broken, it is about meeting yourself with compassion and removing any resistance you have to the human experience so you can remember who you truly are.
Trauma and emotion get trapped in the body, which creates blockages for life force energy to flow freely. Tantra helps open these channels so energy can move, and make space for passion, joy, pleasure and love to fill your entire being and ripple out into your relationships.
1:1 Somatic Tantra Healing
You can be aware of your patterns, shadows, blocks and trauma, but they still show up and sabotage your life and relationships. This is because healing doesn’t happen in the mind, it happens in the body. During this session you will meet yourself with loving presence, connect with your body and move stuck energy & emotion. You will use breath, sound and movement to open the energy channels in your body and unravel the deeper layers. This is not about fixing, it is about loving all aspects of yourself and meeting yourself with compassion. You will be held through various express and release tools. Depending on the intention and what arises, we may move into powerful practices that include:
Bodywork, Breath, Sound and Movement to open the energy channels in your body
Express and Release tools to support with emotional release
Shadow Work— meeting your unconscious & “unlovable parts” to befriend & integrate them into power
Mother & Father wound healing so you can open to fully receive love and create inner-harmony between your feminine & masculine energies
Sacred Sexuality Practices to invoke self love, pleasure and desire.
Support with releasing past lovers to make space to receive the love you desire
Communication tools to create safety & trust for vulnerability within relationship
Support with calling in your ideal relationship— whether you are seeking or long for more within your current relationship
We will close the session with a beautiful heart opening integration to soak in all the deliciousness and remember your truth.

1:1 Womb Clearing & Yoni Attunement
Your womb holds it all. Every suppressed emotion. Every time you are entered without being a full body yes (even when its your beloved)… it remembers. Every time your boundaries are transgressed… its holding the weight along with the energetic blueprint of every partner you have allowed to enter you. She tries to create safety so she hardens, she goes into freeze, she numbs.
This session is beautiful for when you are struggling with intimacy, have a lack of desire, are having a hard time letting go of a past partner, have pregnancy struggles, and so much more! We will be working with the energy in your womb and connecting with the deeply rooted blocks that live there. Brooklynn used energy work and instruments to support energetic movement. You will also be guided & held through express & release tools as needed to support in complete discharge of stuck emotion. *Additional Modalities may be used as needed to support client in full integration.

1:1 Kundalini Activation
Kundalini is the most beautiful, feminine, powerful energy. It creates life. Kundalini is known as the energy that lies dormant at the base of your spine, and when awakened allows for full body pleasure, and multi-orgasmic lovemaking. It travels up and down the spine like a snake. But when we have energetic blocks through the Sushumna Nadi (the central energy channel) kundalini cannot freely flow. In our session together, we will get to the root of any current blocks you may be experiencing in your life and/or relationship and activate Kundalini Energy (through breath, sound and movement) to transmute the energy into love. You will be guided through express and release tools to support emotional release. This will clear the path of your desires and open the channel of pleasure and aliveness to course through your whole body. *Additional Modalities may be used as needed to support client in full integration.

1:1 Primal Pregnancy
During the pregnancy of Brooklynn’s third baby, deeply buried trauma within her womb surfaced… opening a powerful gateway for her to listen, move, and heal in a profound way.
She believes that pregnancy is not only a time to birth a baby, but also a sacred rebirth into motherhood. Whether it’s your first or your sixth, each pregnancy initiates you into a new version of yourself.
After experiencing a traumatic hemorrhage, Brooklynn faced intense fear around having a home birth. Staying devoted to the same practices she now shares with her clients, she was able to move through that fear and go on to have a deeply empowering and beautiful home birth. Her midwife reflected, “You had the least bleeding of any client in my 15 years of practice” a testament to the power of this work.
Brooklynn now supports pregnant women in alchemizing fear into deep self-trust, guiding them through the initiation of motherhood and helping them reconnect with their innate, primal power.
