A private sound bath is a beautiful way to bring people together in a space of presence, relaxation, and connection. Whether you’re hosting a women’s circle, birthday celebration, retreat, or intimate gathering with friends, this experience invites everyone to slow down, soften, and receive.

Through the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and intuitive sound, the nervous system begins to settle and the body naturally moves into a state of deep rest and restoration. The vibrations of sound gently wash through the body, helping release stress, quiet the mind, and bring the entire group into a shared field of harmony.

Each sound bath is intentionally curated for your group and will include a short grounding practice and intention setting before the sound journey begins.

Participants simply lie down, close their eyes, and allow the sound to guide them into a meditative, restorative state.

Shuttle transportation is available to and from camp. Participants can be picked up near the York Street Subway Station on the F subway line. Subway access to the F, G, A, C, 2, 3 and B67.
